The ADR Academy is our flagship unit which aims to provide for comprehensive training and capacity building on arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms to further the awareness of ADR as a means of establishing amicable and peaceful resolution. 

Its mission is to encourage society to resolve differences and disputes in a more sensitive and compassionate manner; and to promote peace and civility in human behavior. Its objective solely lies in creating the market of ADR consultants in Tanzania and enabling the legal arena to accept its advantages and apply them within their legal practice.
